LUXURY2U uses DHL and Poslaju for all shipments within Malaysia.

LUXURY2U only uses tracked shipment services.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, customers can track their shipment in MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS.

POSLAJU and PGEON will be used for FREE shipping services for all orders from Semenanjung Malaysia.

LUXURY2U shall not be responsible for any late deliveries, damaged goods or missing items. We will assist you accordingly in liaising with the courier companies.
SAME DAY DELIVERY

LUXURY2U uses Lalamove for same day delivery within KLANG VALLEY ONLY.

Please fill in the name and address of the RECEIVER OF GOODS. If buyer and receiver are not the same, please fill in the receiver’s details.

Tracking number and live update can be viewed in MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS.

All info on Lalamove RIDERS – name, handphone number, motorcycle registration number can be viewed in MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS

The receiver shall receive a share link via SMS which he/she needed to tell the rider to ensure safety on both sides.

Delays may happen due to traffic, bad weather or any other unexpected reasons. However the rider shall contact the buyer and negotiate separately.

Return Policy
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for defect and notifying us within 1 day from the merchandise receipt should there be any defect.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. LUXURY2U do not entertain any return/exchange/refund request due to change of mind or incorrect order once the item is shipped.
However you can do exchange by referring our exchange policy below.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, you must present evidence of defect to us so we could replace you with an exchange or store credit. We don’t do cash refunds. We hold the rights to determine if the product is faulty after inspection. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our return policy is valid for 07 days upon the receipt of merchandise. Requests after 07 days would not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We will assist the buyers for shipping the item back to LUXURY2U by using a tracked shipping service to ensure the whereabouts of the package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once return is received and inspected, LUXURY2U will notify customers on the received item. A decision pertaining to the order will soon follow (i.e. approval or rejection of the refund).

Should there be a refund, the refund process will proceed upon decision and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 7 days.

We strongly encourage you to do exchange goods instead of refunds.

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

LUXURY2U only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact LUXURY2U customer service at luxury2u2013@gmail.com.

LUXURY2U also accept exchanges for any order mistake provided item is in good condition, original packaging and purchase receipt provided.

DEFECTS

Most of designer handbags are hand stitched and handmade. Some minor stitching inconsistency is normal and is not considered as defect(s).

Leather texture and color may be slightly inconsistent as it depends on the texture of the leather itself and does not considered as defect(s)​
